DSC to add $5.7 million building to Palm Coast campus

SchenkelShultz Architecture, of Orlando, has been commissioned by the Board of Trustees of Daytona State College to design a new classroom building for its Flagler/Palm Coast Campus, utilizing state-of-the-art Building Information Modeling technology.

The $5.7 million, 24,000-square-foot Flagler/Palm Coast Campus Building 3 is being designed to achieve a Certified Green Globes Rating.

In addition to classrooms and a collaborative lecture hall, the facility will include a student lounge, bookstore, faculty offices and informal zones for student collaboration and socialization.
