Stacey Knerler, of Ormond Beach, sold 676 Riverside Drive to Robert Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $398,400. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, an in-ground pool, a boat dock and 1,605 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $438,000.

JPMorgan Chase Bank sold 121 Woodhaven Circle to Mark and Brenda Culp, of Ormond Beach, for $120,500. Built in 1991, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,135 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $120,500.
Concettina Sala, of Daytona Beach, sold 54 Cardinal Drive, B to Donna Christensen, of Bloomsburg, Pa., for $105,900. Built in 1947, the house has two beds, one bath and 786 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $159,000.
Matthew Viau, on behalf of the Estate of Vonnier R. Viau, sold 1 Park Place to Leslie and Steven Soard, of East Stroudsburg, Pa., for $70,000. Built in 1984, the house has two beds, three baths and 1,307 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $75,000.
