A Hammock Beach home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 23 to May 1. Thor and Joline Swanson, of Hebron, Conn., sold the home at 344 Ocean Crest Drive to Chanda and Richard Bell, of Snellville, Ga., for $2.2 million. Built in 2012, it has six bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a summer kitchen and 5,463 square feet of living area.

Daytona North
Sergey Krupsky, of Miami, sold the home at 1448 Honeytree St. to Matthew Keller, of Clear Lake, Iowa, for $120,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Coast
Belle Terre
Steven Thomas and Brice Garrison, as trustees of the 28 Perrotti Lane Trust, sold the home at 28 Perrotti Lane to Christian Kauffman, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,757 square feet of living area.
 

Cinnamon Beach
Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Mo., sold the condo at 900 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 844, to John Bennett and Elizabeth Bluemke, of Lyndenn, Ontario, Canada, for $405,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
Fannie Mae sold the home at 116 Front St. to Christopher Love, Anne Love and John Love, of Palm Coast, for $281,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,136 square feet of living area.

Victor Painkov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 32 Jasmine Drive to Floyd and Laurie Haggar, of Palm Coast, for $272,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,233 square feet of living area.

William Ryan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Point Doral Court to Marcia Stamboulian, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area.

Viktor Eckstein and Jana Ecksteinova, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Shinnecock Drive to Michael and Patricia Schene, of Littleton, Colo., for $349,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two bedrooms, a pool and 2,433 square feet of living area.

Marilyn Grum, of Basking Ridge, N.J., sold the home at 4 Waterview Drive S. to Dean Tannenbaum, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,577 square feet of living area.

Island Estates
Ralph and Joan Rossheim, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 78 Island Estates Parkway to Robert and Cynthia Desimone, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, boat dock, house and lift and 3,242 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,675,000.

Denise and Lee Schenke Jr., of Cincinnati, sold the home at 23 Island Estates Parkway to Roberto and Cecilia Esteban, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock and 3,112 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $550,000.

Leokadia Romanowicz and Karol Romanowicz, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 93 Rae Drive to American Homes 4 Rent, of Malibu, Calif., for $96,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,018 square feet of living area.

Wells Fargo Bank, of Phoenix, sold the home at 40 Riverina Drive to Kyoko Matsumoto, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $88,555. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,299 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 65 Rolling Fern Drive to Eduard Sosnytskyi and Iryna Sosnytskyi, of Palm Coast, for $126,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area.

Serguei Mikheikine, of Staten Island, N.Y., sold the home at 1 Rybark Lane to Tahsin Hassan and Ismat Ibrahim, of Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet of living area.

Bradley and Emma Kaye, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 76 Princeton Lane to Hermann Paarmann, of Mechanicsville, Va., for $168,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,291 square feet opf living area. It sold in 2009 for $135,000.

Michael and Anne McWalter, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Westmore Lane to Ellen Capezzera, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,427 square feet of living area.

Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 33 Wheatfield Lane to Paredes Enterprises LLC, of Mountainside, N.J., for $107,625. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,042 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $97,100.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 2 White Haven Lane to Oscar Samudio, of Corona, N.Y., for $88,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet of living area. It sold ink 1999 for $72,200.

Rose and Joseph Pellegrino, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 68 Woodbury Lane to Cynthia Morelewicz, of Cheektowaga, N.Y., for $155,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,971 square feet of living area.

John and Alice Ruitenberg, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 67 Woodbury Drive to Michael Tilghman, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,582 square feet of living area.

Alexander Gourin, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 21 Zorro Court to Theodore Sarrica, of Oakland Gardens, N.Y., for $117,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $70,700.

Mohamed Ansari and Adeeba Ansari, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 149 Ulysses Trail to Daniel and Karen Karkos, of Spotsylvania, Va., for $118,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $111,500.

Tak Ping Chan, of New York, sold the home at 10 Uthorne Place to Oleg and Mila Ferdman, of San Jose, Calif., for $127,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,371 square feet of living area.
 

Surf Club
Robert and Susan Fowler, of Jacksonville, sold the condo at 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 410, to John and Cindy Ludwig, of Boone, N.C., for $242,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $580,000.
