Holland Financial adds to staff
Holland Financial Inc. has added three employee to staff.
Kayla Thomas, a 2013 graduate of Florida State University, will work in portfolio management. She is responsible for all trading, administration and maintenance of the firm’s investment management accounts.
T.J. Claud comes to Holland Financial with an master's of business administration from Samford University, and a law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. Claud will focus on compliance and suitability.
Beth Moothart, an alumnus of Stetson University, is Holland's new marketing director, in charge of advertising and public relations.
Selby Realty reaches 22 years
Selby Realty, at 200 E. Granada Blvd., has announced its Celebration of Thanks event to mark 22 years in business, 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19. Visitors may bring unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots, pet food, etc., for the Halifax Humane Society, canned food for Halifax Urban Ministries, or a donation to the America Cancer Society.

Local real estate agents win production awards
Real estate agent Carol Blawn, of EXIT Beach Realty, in Ormond Beach, has won the company's Platinum Award, for achieving 100-plus closed transactions from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013.
Todd Hardy received the Bronze Award, in recognition of achieving 25-plus closed transactions in the same period.
Haven Hospice names professional liaison
Haven Hospice recently hired Laura Zublionis as its professional liaison for Flagler County and Ormond Beach. Zublionis will make professional calls to healthcare providers. In 2012, she held the volunteer coordinator position. Prior to working for Haven Hospice, Zublionis worked for six years as the volunteer center director for the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties Inc.
Reunion Bank updates courier cars
Reunion Bank has updated its courier cars and added a third car to increase service.
“Many of our banking clients are businesses and, as with any busy working professional, it’s hard to leave the office some days,” said Michael L. Sleaford, president and CEO. “Our courier service allows business professionals to make their daily deposits and more without having to leave the office.”
