In addition to featuring artwork by Flagler Palm Coast High School students, November's Flagler Fine Arts Festival showcased 11 artists Sunday, Nov. 17, at Veterans Park, in Flagler Beach.

The festival, which is designed to shine a spotlight on Florida fine art, takes place every third Sunday of the month, with the next set for Dec. 15.

The December festival will focus on giving the gift of art for the season.

The festival’s Assemblage Art Challenge, meant to raise awareness for coastal cleanup and originally scheduled during this event, has been rescheduled for Feb. 16. Entrants will create an assemblage art piece on-site in less than five hours, incorporating five mystery elements gathered during the previous cleanup. The winning entry will receive $500.

Visit flaglerfineartfest.com, or call 986-9567, to enter.
