A new real estate company has planned three new offices in Flagler County, and just opened its first.
Main St. Realty, at 904 State Road 100, Bunnell, offers residential sales and development, property management services, residential rentals and commercial sales and lease programs, according to a company press release.
“The real estate and financial markets are evolving,” Main St. Realty owner and broker Garrett Spitzer said. “Homeowners, investors and developers have become more sophisticated and prudent in their search for convenient and cost effective ways to invest in Real Estate. Main St. Realty has been developed to meet these challenges head on.”
Spitzer has worked in real estate since 1969, and has two other successful real estate franchise companies, acording to the press release.
