Surfing, Scouts, shark and a turkey — all part of this week’s ‘Shots from home’ edition.

Ormond Beachers were at it again this week, snapping photos of the city they love.
In this week’s gallery, we have a few local Girl Scouts cleaning trash off the beach, a surfer catching waves, a turkey on a roof and an Ormond by the Sea shark-catching.
“We love that the Ormond Beach Observer shares pictures of locals about local things!” said John Turan, who captured the shark shot. “During our morning walk yesterday, (my wife and I) found a fisherman struggling to get a large catch out of the water. … He took to the fisherman's bait as soon as he cast into the water.”
