PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Sept. 2 to Sept. 6:
Home-based businesses: Southern Coastal Property Maintenance, a landscaping service; Howard A. Holds Construction Services, LLC, a handyman service; Edgewater Coastal Properties, LLC, a landscaping service; Inspection Ready Lawns, a landscaping service; Bella’s Gifts, and arts and crafts business.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Aug. 30 to Sept 5. Total number of all permits issued: 100.
Commercial permits issued:
The City of Palm Coast was issued $137,000 permit for landscaping and irrigation on the Palm Coast Parkway median at 6774 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.
Palmetto Electric was issued a $10,742 permit for electricity for scoreboards at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway.
Whitley Builders was issued a $1,500 permit for additions and renovation at La Piazza at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Units A109 and 110.
Residential permits issued:
Intervest Construction was issued a $386,000 permit for a single family residence at 121 Willow Oak Way.
Seagate Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 37 Belvedere Lane.
Seagate Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 45 Burning Bush Drive.
Stoughton Luxury Homes was issued a $266,000 permit for a single-family residence at 20 Emmons Lane.
Adams Homes of Northwest Florida was issued a $212,000 permit for a single-family residence at 65 Perthshire Lane.
Vanacore Construction was issued a $178,000 permit for a single-family residence at 29 Wendy Lane.
Jose Laranjeria was issued a $31,000 permit for an addition at 65 Frontier Drive.
