Robert and Barbara McGraw, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Cypresswood Drive N. to Ronald and Staci Martin, of Davidsonville, Md., for $705,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool and 3,921 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 1537 Bayberry St. to Michael and Patricia Montecinos, of Bunnell, for $35,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $107,600.

Kenneth and Mary Obizut, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 1208 N. Central Ave. to Beth and Donn
