Elizabeth Savone and Christopher Sovia were awarded scholarships by the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 171 on behalf of the late Patrolman Phillip Cardillo, who is the namesake of the club.
 

Congrats! FPC alumna says ‘yes’
Lauren Minnicozzi and Eric Paone recently got engaged. Lauren is a graduate of Flagler Palm Coast High School and is currently employed by Barnstable Horace Mann Public Charter School as a teacher and is also in the process of earning her master's degree at Bridgewater University, in Massachusetts.

Eric received his degree from St. Leo's University in 2003 and is a district manager for Trinchero Family Estates.

Both reside in Brewster, Mass. and will be married in Palm Coast in March 2015.
 

Washington Oaks seeks Love Letters
Celebrate your love for the Earth with the Friends of Washington Oaks by writing a "Love Letter to the Earth".

All ages are encouraged to join the tribute to Earth Day. Participants are encouraged to write their letter on recycled paper. They may be delivered to the ranger station or mailed to: Love Letters to the Earth, c/o Melissa Clauson, 6400 N. Oceanshore Blvd., Palm Coast, Florida 32137.

Letters will be displayed during the park’s April 26 Earth Day celebration.

Dine for Scholarships
Help the Garden Club at Palm Coast raise money for its scholarship program by simply having a meal April 17, 18, or 19, at Ruby Tuesday, 60 Garden St. S. Present the activity flyer at checkout and Ruby Tuesday will donate 20% of your bill to the program. Print flyer at gcpcinc.org.
