Ribbon cutting ceremony planned for new rental community
A ribbon cutting is planned for 11 a.m to 1 p.m. May 14 at the Reserve at Brookhaven, a new rental complex in Town Center.
Construction is almost completed and new residents are settling in, according to a Reserve at Brookhaven press release.
Homes are large two and three-bedroom villas and three-bedroom multi-level townhomes.
The community will also have a swimming pool and cardio and fitness room, and units will have energy-efficient features like hybrid water heaters, double pane windows, programmable thermostats and CFL lighting.

Hayword Brown Flagler Inc. announces new hire
Hayword Brown Flagler Inc., one of the county’s largest locally owned insurance agencies, has hired Krysti N. Jones as account executive, according to a Hayword Brown Flagler Inc. press release.
Jones, who was most recently a sales manager with Florida Insurance Network of St. Augustine, is a Flagler County Association of Realtors affiliate and a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
She has lived in Palm Coast since 1990.

Local entrepreneur to open A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections office
A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections, a international company, will open its first office in Flagler County.
Flagler County resident Pat Quinn will launch the local ABCHI’s operations with the support of the company’s home office in Pompano Beach, Florida.
“My aim is to make home inspections as transparent and understandable as possible for homebuyers of all ages and backgrounds,” Quinn said in a ABCHI press release. “Knowing our clients’ needs and concerns and then providing thorough inspections and comprehensive reports will usher in peace of mind to many area homebuyers. I’m very excited to be bringing ABCHI here.”
Quinn has more that three decades of experience as a professional carpenter, and worked in heavy construction projects like hi-rise buildings, tunnels, bridges and sewer treatment plants in New York, according to the release.

Kathleen Vacchelli, ARNP, announces move to Panacea Alliance
