Missing 17-year-old found safe

A missing 17-year-old girl was found safe by Flagler Beach Police Department officers Aug. 20, according to a news release from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

Tereasa Padilla, a Palm Coast resident, had last been seen Aug. 10 in Flagler Beach, and the Flagler County Sheriff's Office sent a news release about the missing teen to the local press Aug. 19, asking anyone who had seen her to call a detective working the case.
