The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Aug. 14-20. Total number of all permits issued: 59. Since 2009, $557 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $306,000 permit for a single-family home at 7 Ebbtide Drive.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $292,000 permit for a single-family home at 6 Sweetwater Court.
• Seagate Homes was issued $232,000 permit for a single-family home for 11 Wayland Place.
• Flagler Habitat was issued a $164,000 permit for a single-family home at 21 Buttonbush Lane.
• Flagler Habitat was issued a $164,000 permit for a single-family home at 6 Brice Lane.
• Delaney Project Management was issued a $23,000 permit for an addition at 3 Porral Place.
• John Engblom was issued a $10,000 permit for alterations at 3 Coleridge Court.
• Charles Duh was issued a $1,200 permit for alterations at 38 Plain View Drive
