Code Red 'can save your life'

Flagler County Emergency Services has urged county residents to sign up for its emergency notification system, Code Red.

“It is our most useful tool for mass notification,” Flagler County Public Safety and Emergency Management Director Kevin Guthrie said in a news release. “Signing up for this service could save your life.”

To sign up, CLICK HERE, or call 313-4200.

The service notifies only residents in areas likely to be directly affected by severe weather, wildfires, chemical spills and other emergencies.
