A Palm Coast Plantation home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Jan. 22-28. Wells Fargo sold the home at 24 Emerald Lake Drive to Shannon and Stewart Carter, of Louisville, Ky., for $329,200. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,358 square feet of living area.

Maria Helmick, individually and as the trustee of the 21 Patchogue Place Trust, sold the home at 21 Patchogue Place to Kenneth Freligh, of Palm Coast, for $133,800. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,997 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $66,000.
