Matanzas to host coed softball tourney
Spring is here, so it’s obviously time to grab your glove and lace up the cleats. Might want to stretch those muscles, too.
The Matanzas High School softball program will be holding a fundraising tournament Saturday, March 1. (A makeup date has been set for March 2.)
Games for the slow-pitch, double-elimination tournament will begin in the morning. Cost is $150 per team, and the tournament fee can be paid in either cash or check. (Checks should be made out to “SHE WHO HAS THE WILL TO WIN INC.”)
First- and second-place teams will receive a trophy.
