PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Jan. 6 to Jan.10:

• Ariana Rouzier LMT is a massage therapist at 50 Leanni Way.
• Therapy Partner Solutions is a medical provider at 50 Town Court.
• S.F.C. Boutique is a retail sales business at 5 Market Place Court.
• Home-based businesses: M&M Pressure Cleaning & Painting LLC, a handyman service; Island Lawn Care LLC, a landscaping service; Supremacy Dance Inc., an instruction business; Lieder’s Landscaping LLC, a landscaping service; Wilfried Hausy Lawn Care, a landscaping service; East Coast Bookkeeping & Tax Services, an income tax service; Highlander Motorcycle Mobile Repair, a motorcycle-repair business.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Dec. 19 to Jan. 8. Total number of all permits issued: 344.

Commercial permits applications:
• Saboungi Construction applied for a $1,450,000 permit for site development of the Long Creek Nature Preserve, at 1050 Palm Parkway.
• Cougle Construction Company applied for a $7,000 permit for demolition of the former Perkins building, at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.

Commercial permits issued:
• Galvis Construction was issued a $300,000 permit for a Verizon Store at 4895 Belle Terre Parkway.
• Royal Plus Inc. was issued a $15,000 permit for interior renovations to the Elks Lodge, at 53 Old Kings Road North.
• The city of Palm Coast was issued a permit for a multipurpose path at Seminole Woods Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $393,000 permit for a single-family residence at 16 White Star Drive.
• KB Homes Jacksonville was issued a $348,000 permit for a single-family residence at 112 South Coopers Hawk Way.
• KB Homes Jacksonville was issued a $320,000 permit for a single-family residence at 114 South Coopers Hawk Way.
• Oceanside Homes was issued a $317,000 permit for a single-family residence at 42 Front Street.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $314,000 permit for a single-family residence at 40 Riverview Bend North.
• Seagate Homes LLC was issued a $293,000 permit for a single-family residence at 78 Pin Oak Drive.
• Seagate Homes LLC was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 34 Slipper Orchid Trail E.
• Seagate Homes LLC was issued a $274,000 permit for a single-family residence at 8 Point Of Woods Drive.
