They may not be household names just yet, but they could be soon.
The USTA Pro Circuit Men’s Futures Tournament is coming to the Palm Coast Tennis Center from Jan. 24 to Feb. 2.
As many as 128 touring professionals will compete at the city’s clay court facility for a $10,000 purse and valuable ranking points players need to reach the next level of professional tennis.
Spectator admission is free to the wild card tournament and Futures Tournament qualifying Jan. 24-27 and main draw play Jan. 28-30. Kids Day, which will be 1-3 p.m. Jan. 25, is also free. Tickets are $35 for the pro-am event, which will be at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 28. Prior signup is required.
All matches are free through Jan. 30.
Tickets purchased before Jan. 31 will cost $8 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Tickets purchased on or after Jan. 31 will be $10 for adults and $7 for children 12 and under.
Three-day tickets (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) are available for $21 for adults and $12 for children when purchased before Jan. 31. If the three-day tickets are purchased on or after Jan. 31, prices are $27 for adults and $18 for children.
Advance tickets can be purchased at the Palm Coast Tennis Center, which is open Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. through 2 p.m. and 4-8 p.m., and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
A schedule of matches will be posted daily at palmcoasttenniscenter.com. Times are subject to change.

The schedule for the tournament is as follows:
• Wild Card Men’s Open tournament will be Jan. 20-22
• Qualifying begins at 8 a.m. Friday, Jan. 24, and continues through Monday, Jan. 27
• Kid’s Day will be Jan. 25, 1-3 p.m.
• Main Draw singles and doubles begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28
• Doubles quarterfinals will be Wednesday, Jan. 29
• Doubles semifinals are on Thursday, Jan. 30
• Doubles finals are on Friday, Jan. 31
• Singles quarterfinals will be on Friday, Jan. 31
• Singles semifinals are on Saturday, Feb. 1
• Singles finals are on Sunday, Feb. 2
Girls hoops: Lady Bulldogs cruise past Father Lopez
Flagler Palm Coast’s stifling defense held Father Lopez to single-digit points in all four quarters Friday night, cruising to a 63-19 win and improving to 13-6.
The most points Father Lopez scored in a quarter was eight, which came in the second quarter. The Green Wave scored two points in the first quarter, five points in the third and another five in the fourth quarter.
FPC’s Ivana Boyd dropped 10 points to go with five rebounds, six assists and four steals.
