Seabreeze will host a six-team dual meet on Jan. 25.

BY ANDREW O'BRIEN | SPORTS EDITOR

The Seabreeze wrestling team has dwindled down to just 10 wrestlers. That’s not even enough to fill out all of the weight classes at meets and tournaments.

Coach Paul Shuler said his team has shrunk because of injuries and wrestlers quitting, but the guys he still has around are continuing to fight.

Seabreeze competed in the annual Rotary Wrestling Invitational over the weekend, at Flagler Palm Coast High School. With some of the top wrestling programs in the state on display, the Sandcrabs were unable to place any wrestlers in the top six.

Seabreeze finished in 25th place, with 20 team points.

The Sandcrabs will host a six-team dual meet on Jan. 25.
