Over 100 children, parents and church volunteers were on hand to learn about the benefits of being a "glory giver" instead of a "glory getter" at the Shepherd of the Coast Lutheran Church Vacation Bible School June 22-26. The five-day program, The Go Fish Guys Shine, included Bible study, games, crafts, snacks, singing and dancing.

By the end of the week, the participants had donated over 400 pounds of food for the Flagler Resource Center for this year's VBS mission.

The church is located at 101 Pine Lakes Parkway. Sunday services are at 8:15 and 11 a.m. with Sunday school for all ages from 9:40-10:40 a.m.
