PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city June 26 to July 1. Total number of all permits issued: 148.

Commercial permits applications:
• Sunstate Metal Buildings applied for a $28,000 for a 7,665-paver walkway at 2 N. Village Parkway at Grand Haven.

Commercial permits issued:
• Walker Property Services, LLC was issued a $85,000 permit to remodel restrooms at The Home Depot at 10 Garden Street.
• Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $15,000 permit for drywall alterations and recess can lighting at 4800 Belle Terre Parkway.
• Stull Construction was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at International Carpet at 85 Cypress Point Parkway, Units 6 and 7.
• Due East, Inc. was issued a $1,800 permit for alterations at Caldwell Banker at 211 St. Joe Plaza, Unit 211.

Residential permits issued:
• Keystone Homes was issued a $565,000 permit for a single-family residence at 119 Longview Way N.
• Vanacore Homes was issued a $292,000 permit for a single-family residence at 8 Pine Brook Drive.
• KB Homes was issued a $290,000 permit for a single-family residence at 103 South Starling Drive.
• Adams Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 1 Pheasant Drive.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $275,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Lake Placid Place.
• Vanacore Homes was issued a $253,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Flinthill Lane.
• KB Homes was issued a $235,000 permit for a single-family residence at 206 Boulder Rock Drive.
• KB Homes was issued a $235,000 permit for a single-family residence at 209 Boulder Rock Drive.
• KB Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 215 Boulder Rock Drive.
• Stanford Restoration was issued a $60,000 permit for an alteration at 116 Laguna Forest Trail.
• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $41,000 permit for an addition at 13 Players Circle.
• Sorrento Homes was issued a $25,000 permit for an alteration at 27 Parkway Drive.
• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $22,000 permit for an addition at 14 Arrowhead Drive.
• Quality First Builders LLC was issued a $21,000 permit for an alteration at 118 Beechwood Lane.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $17,000 permit for an addition at 2 Pine Crest Lane.
• Justin's Aluminum was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 82 Pritchard Drive.
• Encompass Aluminum was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition at 20 Red Oak Place.
• Encompass Aluminum was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition at 51 Christopher Court S.
• East Coast Aluminum was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 22 Birchwood Lane.
• Screen Concepts was issued a $8,000 permit for an addition at 5 Fernham Lane.
• Slesser Pools was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 3 Ullman Court.
• Majik Maint was issued a $6,000 permit for an alteration at 16 Woodworth Drive.

Occupancy permits:
• One Voice Productions Event Specialist of Flagler County, Rentaland Rental Land was issued an occupancy permit for 13 Hargrove Grade.
• Agents Choice Title, LLC was issued an occupancy permit for 4865 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 2.

Certificates of occupancy:
• Latino Market and Bakery was issued a certificate of occupancy for 300 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Units 1-4.
• Trademark Realty Group was issued a certificate of occupancy for 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, B-120.

Development orders:
• The city of Palm Coast was issued a tier-one technical site plan development order for Indian Trials Sports Complex field improvements.
• Brookhaven Development Land LTD was issued a site plan modification development order for Brookhaven Apartments.

Application submittals:
• The city of Palm Coast submitted a tier-one technical site plan for State Road 100 landscaping and irrigation improvements.
• Seagate Communities Inc. submitted a subdivision modification for Park Place.
