The following is an update for permit activity in the city July 2-9. Total number of all permits issued: 163.
Commercial permits applications:

• Shirah Builders applied for a $5,000 for truss repairs at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Building C, 4th Floor.
• Carolina Carports applied for a $3,000 for two carports at 1 Wellfield Grade.
Commercial permits issued:
• Sunstate Metal Buildings was issued a $28,000 permit for a 7665-paver patio at 2 North Village Parkway, Grand Haven.
Residential permits issued:
• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $450,000 permit for a single-family residence at 31 Blue Oak Lane.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $333,000 permit for a single-family residence at 50 Eagle Harbor Trail.
• Ideal Homes was issued a $331,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Fairbank Lane.
• PCM Homes Corp. was issued a $296,000 permit for a single-family residence at 1 Augusta Trail.
• Fontana Construction was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition at 67 Post View Drive.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $9,000 permit for an alteration at 17 Phoenix Lane.
• St Augustine Aluminum was issued a $8,000 permit for an addition at 92 W. Waterside Parkway.
• John Kollie was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 32 Angela Drive.
• Falcon Development was issued a $5,000 permit for an alteration at 14 Richelieu Lane.
