Law enforcement officers locate missing Palm Coast teen

Law enforcement officers found a missing Palm Coast girl safe in St. Augustine Tuesday evening.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office had earlier requested the public's help to find 16-year-old Tiffany Alyce Chapman after officers in St. Johns County arrested her mother, Karen Watkins, on a charge of interference with child custody, but couldn't initially find Tiffany, who wasn't with Watkins at the time of the arrest.
