Red-Olive re-opens as just Olive Garden in Palm Coast

Red Lobster is no more in Palm Coast. According to an email from a marketing spokesperson on June 2, the “previously combined Red Lobster and Olive Garden ‘synergy’ restaurant in Palm Coast has reopened as a standalone Olive Garden.”

The restaurant, at 5294 E. State Road 100, made the following changes to the building:

Exterior:
• The Red Lobster entry was removed and replaced with a window and landscaping.
• The Red Lobster side of the building was repainted to match Olive Garden.
• All Red Lobster signs were replaced with Olive Garden’s signs.
• The roof was redone to match Olive Garden’s specifications.
• Exterior decorative lights were replaced to match Olive Garden fixtures.

Interior:
• The Red Lobster lobby was converted to a family table dining room to accommodate more guests.
• The bar divider was removed to create one large bar area that seats more than 35 people.
• A new opening was created in the main dining room to connect the Red Lobster and Olive Garden sides.
• The Red Lobster interior was repainted, the booths were reupholstered and the décor was replaced to match Olive Garden’s specifications.
• Carpet was replaced throughout the restaurant.
