The following is an update for permit activity in the city May 29 to June 4. Total number of all permits issued: 209.
Commercial permits issued:
• Dimensional Construction was issued a $81,000 permit for alterations at Smoothie King at 220 Palm Coast Parkway N.E. Unit B.
• Heritage Construction was issued a $17,000 permit alterations at The Ya Ya Salon at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit C106.
• Stull Construction was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at International Carpet at 85 Cypress Point Parkway, Suites 8 and 7.
