Windsor Mills, 19, was crowned Miss Flagler County 2014 Sunday, June 22 at the Flagler Auditorium.
A Flagler Palm Coast High School alumna, Mills is the daughter of Anthony and Denise Mills, of Flagler Beach and will be a junior at Florida Southern College this fall, where she is earning her nursing degree.
She is active in Prevent Child Abuse America and SAFFARI Animal Rescue. Her future goals include becoming a nurse midwife.
Mills also won Miss Personality at the scholarship pageant. The queen’s court was rounded out by First Runner-Up Parin Majewski, Second Runner-Up Brie Smith and Third Runner-Up Lee Ann Spivey. Best Evening Gown was awarded to Sara D’Esposito and Best Bathing Suit was awarded to Smith. Majewski also won the 19h-annual Trez Fressrand Scholarship for her essay.
Three pageants were also held earlier in the afternoon. Winners in those contests are as follows: Miss Junior Flagler County: Queen, Aliyah Crawford; first runner-up, Skylar Sweatt; second runner-up, Destiny Cole; third runner-up, Kiana Rose Merceron; and fourth runner-up, Kai Jackson; Little Miss Flagler County 8-11: Queen, Caroline Rizzo; first runner-up, Madelyn Oliva; second runner-up, Megan Trent; and third runner-up, Autumn Bryan; and Little Miss Flagler County 5-7: Queen, Ariadnah Kardas; first runner-up, Payton Blackburn; second runner-up, Amirah Kardas; and third runner-up, Mary Michelle Wilcox.
