Intracoastal Bank breaks ground
Intracoastal Bank broke ground last week for its new Volusia Banking Center on LPGA Boulevard, next to Vince Carter’s Restaurant. The bank purchased the property from Consolidated-Tomoka Land Company in December. The 9,000-square-foot office is slated to open by the first quarter of 2015 and will serve as the Bank’s main office in Volusia County. BETNR Construction, located in Ormond Beach, will be the contractor for the project.
Intracoastal Bank’s lending division has been based out of Volusia County for the past three years. The lending group will move to the new banking center. Intracoastal Bank, headquartered in Palm Coast, is a locally owned and operated financial institution. Visit intracoastalbank.net.
