Here are some statistical highlights from the previous week in sports.

Two — combined hits allowed by James Durant and Luke Spetsas in Father Lopez’s 4-1 win over Master’s Academy last week. John Ostuw went 3-for-3 with a double and a run scored. Sam Marlatt went 1-for-1 with a walk, a hit-by-pitch and a run scored.
11 minutes, 5 seconds — time it took Seabreeze’s Alyssa Bayliff to finish second in the girls 3,000 meters March 8, in the seventh-annual Spruce Creek Invitational track-and-field meet. Bayliff also took second in the 1,500 meters, crossing the finish line in 5:02. Bayliff is also a member of the 4x800-meter relay team, which took second, finishing in 10:04.
44 feet, 4 inches — distance Seabreeze track-and-field athlete Charles Nelson leaped in the men's triple jump, placing second. Nelson also finished second in the long jump, with a distance of 22 feet, 10 inches. Josh Stevens, also of Seabreeze, took third in the long jump, with 21 feet, 7 inches.
46 feet — how far Seabreeze’s Dorian Gonzalez hurled the shot put, finishing second.
16.19 seconds — time it took Father Lopez’s Bailey Gillespy to finish the girls 100-meter hurdles, taking third place at the seventh-annual Spruce Creek Invitational track-and-field meet on March 8. Gillespy also finished first in the high jump (5 feet, 2 inches).
6 — runs the Seabreeze baseball team scored last week against Matanzas to rally from a 7-3 deficit to pick up a 9-8 win. The Sandcrabs got the first two batters on before Jeremiah Wilson rocked a two-run double. Seabreeze poured it on from there to win back-to-back district games over Matanzas over a two-day span.
19 feet, 6 inches — distance Father Lopez’s A.J. McFarland won the discus competition by at the Spruce Creek Invitational. McFarland hurled it 159 feet, 7 inches. Ocala Forest’s Alex Sanchez, the second-place finisher, threw it 140 feet, 1 inch. Kevin Kelly, also of Father Lopez, took fifth, with a long throw of 131 feet, 3 inches.
