The Flagler Chamber has created a new, nine-day event to replace the one-day Taste of Flagler.

Flagler Restaurant Week will showcase local restaurants April 25-May 9, according to a chamber news release.

There are no special passes of coupons for Restaurant Week.

Diners visit participating restaurants over nine days to enjoy prix fixe lunches and dinners, and are given a complimentary frequent-eater punch card during their first restaurant visit that is stamped at every participating restaurant they visit, according to the release.

More punches means a better shot at winning the chamber’s #flaglerfoodie award. Diners can also vote online for best entrée, best restaurant and best server at flaglerrestaurantweek.com.

Awards will be given out in May, as part of Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches’ Tourism Week Celebration and annual HEROES Awards Ceremony.

An VIP Kick-off party will take place April 24 starting at Marineland Dolphin Adventure. Admission is $20 and includes hors d’oeuvres, one drink ticket and live music, acording to the release.

For more information and a complete list of participating restaurants, visit flaglerrestaurantweek.com or like Flagler Restaurant Week on Facebook.

Applications for restaurants that would like to participate are online HERE.

Advertising and sponsorship opportunities are also available. To learn more, call 437-0106.
