The resurfacing work being done on Granada Boulevard from Perrott Drive to Tymber Creek Road will continue until November but most of the work will be done at night, with limited lane closures during the day, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
The state agency has contracted Halifax Paving, of Ormond Beach, to do the work.
The project will include milling and resurfacing of the travel lanes, concrete curb replacement, American Disabilities Act accessibility improvements and storm water drainage improvements. Also, the traffic signal lights will be placed on mast arms, rather than tension wires, at Williamson Boulevard, Clyde Morris Boulevard and Main Trail.
