Poppy Drive coming this weekend!
The Palm Coast VFW Post 8696 will conduct its Spring Poppy Drive May 16 and 17. Members of the Post and its Ladies Auxiliary volunteer to work this program. They will be at various Palm Coast locations where businesses have graciously given us permission to stand at their storefronts.

The Buddy Poppy Campaign is a national program to distribute the poppy, which is the official memorial flower of the VFW. The term Buddy Poppy refers to the small red flower that represents the blood shed by American service members, and the veteran’s memories of their “buddies who never came back."

The Palm Coast VFW has been a part of this community for more than 35 years. We are proud of our community involvement and are grateful for the support of the residents.
