PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Nov. 10-14.
• Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc. is a retail store at 5220 Highway 100.
• Home-based businesses: Fun Coast Fundraising, retail sales; Turmar LLC, handyman service; Sanctified Lawn & Home Care, landscaping.
PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Nov. 6-12. Total number of all permits issued: 59. Since 2009, $600 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permit applications:
• Gilbane Building Co. applied for a commercial permit for the Palm Coast City Hall at 160 Lake Ave.
• GPC Construction applied for a $116,000 commercial permit for a maintenance building at 449 Landing Blvd.
• GPC Construction applied for a $116,000 commercial permit for a trash compactor at 441 Landing Blvd.
• Boyd Built Inc. applied for a $1,600 commercial permit for interior renovations at Approved Mortgage at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 108.
Commercial permits issued:
• Bracey Building was issued a $25,000 permit for interior renovations at Halifax Hospice at 110 Flagler Drive.
• Halifax Paving was issued a permit for resurfacing at Widen Royal Palms at Royal Palms Parkway.
Residential permits issued:
• Olsen Homes was issued a $592,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Turkey Oak Lane.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $350,000 permit for a single-family home at 131 Longview Way N.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $303,000 permit for a single-family residence at 193 Birchwood Drive.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $275,000 permit for a single-family residence at 54 Panorama Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $272,000 permit for a single-family residence at 144 Arena Lake Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Burning View Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $266,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Porral Place.
• DR Horton was issued a $221,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Auberry Drive.
• PCM Homes was issued a $214,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Ramrock Lane.
• ICC Builders LLC was issued a $48,000 permit for an addition at 88 London Drive.
• A Certified Screen was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition at 146 Arena Lake Drive.
• Robert D Douglas was issued a $10,000 permit for an alteration at 91 Lancelot Drive.
Occupancy permit:
• Kris Wiltfong was issued an occupancy permit for Capstone Homes and Auto Insurance at 5 Utility Drive, Unit 12.
• Christopher Bryant was issued an occupancy permit for the Eye Center of St. Augustine at 10 Florida Park Drive, Suite A.
Certificate of occupancy:
• Dakenna Development was issued a $55,000 certificate of occupancy for Whole Goods Inc. at 9 Old Kings Road N, Suite 1.
Application submittal:
• Palm Breeze Partners, LDT submitted an application for Landing Apartments at a site plan modification.
• Florida Landmark Communities, LLC submitted an application for Landing Boulevard at a subdivision modification.
