PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts: Nov. 17-21.
• Compass Property Management Group LLC is a real estate management company at 389 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Capstone Home & Auto LLC is an insurance company at 5 Utility Drive.
• Home-based businesses: Coast Cuts, landscaping; James Jenkins Handyman Services, handyman service; Angela S. DiBuono, entertainment service; Catherine McNutt Designs, unclassified personal service; Lee Richards Studios, artist.
PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Nov. 13-19. Total number of all permits issued: 190. Since 2009, $611 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permit applications:
• WH Bass Inc. applied for a $650,000 commercial permit for Chick-Fil-A restaurant at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.
• ME Construction applied for a 1,045,000 commercial permit for a convenience store at 295 Pine Lakes Parkway.
Commercial permits issued:
• CBV LG LLC was issued a $500 permit for renovations at Waterside Pools at 15 Hargrove Lane 3K.
• Gilbane Building was issued a $1,503,000 permit for a site development at City Hall at 160 Lake Ave.
• CPG Construction was issued a $3,229,000 permit for four-story 24-unit apartments at 445 Landing Blvd, Building 7.
• CPG Construction was issued a $4,094,000 permit for four-story 37-unit apartments at 445 Landing Blvd, Building 7.
Residential permits issued:
• Walhdauer & Son was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition at 32 Pine Grove Drive.
• Volusia Home Improvement was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 39 Arrowhead Drive.
• Millers Screen was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition at 150 Persimmon Drive.
• Clear Choice Windows was issued a $3,000 permit for an addition at 14 Slipper Orchid Trail E.
• Jean Joseph was issued a $2,000 permit for an addition at 12 Sergeant Court.
• Sweetwater Homes was issued a $2,000 permit for an alteration at 12 Fernon Lane.
• Palm Coast Residential was issued a $6,000 permit for an alteration at 11 Pointer Place.
• Millers Screen was issued a $7,000 permit for an alteration at 10 Eastmoor Lane.
• JEM Alum was issued a $2,000 permit for an alteration at 2 Penndale Lane.
• Skyway Builders was issued a $368,000 permit for a single-family residence at 189 Willow Oak Way.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $247,000 permit for a single-family residence at 25 Zaun Trail.
• Seagate Homes was issued an $191,000 permit for a single-family residence at 48 Palmyra Lane.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $275,000 permit for a single-family residence at 141 Aspen Way.
• Ideal Homes was issued a $311,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Farson Lane.
Occupancy permits:
• Elias Rojas was issued an occupancy permit for Rojas Restaurant at 5 Utility Drive, Suite 19.
• Roger Smith was issued an occupancy permit for Homerun Realty LLC at 21 Utility Drive, Unit B.
• Toni Burley was issued an occupancy permit for Compass Property Management at 389 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 4.
Development order issued:
• M&R United, Inc. issued a development order for a technical site plan tier 1 at Pine Lakes & Wynnfield Dr. C-Store.
• The Hammock at Palm Harbor, LLC issued a development order for a technical site plan tier 1 at Hammock at Palm Harbor.
• Palm Breeze Partners, LTD issued a development order for a site plan modification at Landing Blvd.
Development order issued:
• JTL Grand Landings Development LLC submitted an application for a technical site plan tier 1 at Grand Landings Phase I Recreational.
• JTL Grand Landings Development LLC submitted an application for a subdivision preliminary plat at Grand Landings Phase I replat of lots 8-10.
