The following is an adapted new release from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office:

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigation Unit executed a search warrant in the 500 block of North Lemon Street in Bunnell Oct. 31. The search warrant was obtained after an investigation revealed that narcotics were being sold from within the home.

Two subjects were located at the home, which is within a 1000 feet of a school. When detectives arrived at the residence, they encountered Steven Taverna, 62, of Bunnell who was found to be in possession of cannabis.

Detectives also discovered multiple clear plastic bags with marijuana residue and a marijuana pipe with residue. Taverna was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The second subject was Michael Bradshaw, 45, of Bunnell who had an active warrant for violation of probation from 2011. Bradshaw had previously been arrested for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Bradshaw violated the conditions of his probation by testing positive on a drug test.

On Thursday, Oct. 30, members of the Special Investigation Unit spotted Catlin Buckles, 22, of Bunnell at the Hibbet Sports Store located at 5280 East State Road 100 in Palm Coast.

Buckles left the store and was arrested a short distance away in the parking lot of Walgreens. Buckles was wanted for robbery by sudden snatching and battery that occurred September 6, 2014.

The victim reported to law enforcement that she met with Buckles after she posted an item for sale on Facebook Swip-Swap. The victim advised that Buckles snatched her walled out of her hands and struck her in her chest area which caused her to fall backwards. Buckles also verbally threatened her.

“It is satisfying as a parent to know that these individuals are off our streets tonight,” Sheriff James L. Manfre said. “I commend the hard work of our detectives and their passion for the jobs they do."
