The home of Palm Coast Observer Publisher and owners John and Nancy Walsh was “flocked” last night by the students from the Future Problem Solving Program of Flagler County.
A large flock of pink flamingos was placed in the Walsh’s yard as part of a fundraising project for the problem solving group that is preparing for international competition.
Residents may pay to “flock a friend” with a small flock of 12 for a $20 donation, or a large flock of 30 for a $40 donation. They can also purchase anti-flocking insurance to not be flocked again for $20. All donations from “flocking” directly benefit students to offset costs associated with attending the FPS International Competition this summer.
