The following is an update for permit activity in the city for July 30 to Aug. 5. Total number of all permits issued: 189. Since 2009, $751 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permit applications

Stultz Inc. applied for a $120,000 application for a site development at Heartland Dental at 782 Belle Terre Parkway.
Kenly McGee Inc. applied for a $15,000 application for renovations at LT Nails LLC at 221 St. Joe Plaza S.W., Unit 221.

Dimare Construction was issued a $400,000 permit for a site development at First Baptist Church at 6050 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.
