Trespassers. The motel employees complained that a couple would not leave. The wife had been arrested after a loud argument with the husband, but she had returned from jail and her husband had booked another night.

The husband came down the stairs that morning and was playing loud music through a wireless speaker. When the clerk asked him to turn it down, he looked at her and kept walking. When he got to the front door, he turned around and held the speaker up directing the music into the lobby.

Later, the husband was using the lobby computer. The clerk asked him to leave because it was past checkout, but the man said he was booking another night over the computer.

The clerk denied his request and confirmed it with the online booking agency. The officer gave the couple a trespass notice and they left without incident.
