Built in 2008, it has an elevator, two fireplaces, a shared dune walk, swimming pool, private indoor movie theatre, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bath and 5,378 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2005 for $1,250,000.

Ricky and Gail Poitras of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Perrotti Place to Gaspar and Doralice Pinto of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for $145,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,568 square feet of living area. Home previously sold in 2000 for $78,000.
