At 14 months old, Nathan Robinson wasn't sure of a lot of things yet — especially this strange man in a suit that his mother was somehow willing to hand him over to. Despite his efforts to resist, which including kicking and random bursts of tears, Robinson ended up in the lap of this strange man we all know as Santa Claus.
And after being unsuccessfully calmed with candy and watching his sister, Sara Robinson, sit with the strangers with much more ease, Nathan Robinson finally gave in enough to get a decent picture for his mom.
The Robinson family was one of many that visited Santa and Mrs. Claus at The Casements Dec. 3 for the first night of their Holiday Memories at The Casements annual Christmas Gala. The three-day event included an ice cream social, carolers, a gifts and treats shop, face painting, balloon animals and a holiday tea to conclude.
