Palm Coast’s Santa Claus has thirty years of experience under his belt bringing joy to Flagler County’s children. He considers himself a full-time Santa, always donning a white, bushy beard.
“I volunteer my time at all of the county’s functions, including the holiday parade and numerous charitable events,” Santa said.
“It brings me joy to see the smile on their faces as they tell me their Christmas wish lists.”
The jolly gentleman is easily recognizable any time of the year. “Mrs. Claus and I took a trip to Cocoa beach on Memorial Day,” he began. “And as we were resting, watching the cruise ships disembark, I noticed a little girl was staring at me. She turned to her dad and said, ‘What is Santa doing here?’”
Santa was happily surprised to be recognized, for he was in civilian clothes. “Her father responded, ‘He must be on vacation.’” Upon hearing this Santa approached the little girl, “Well if you promise to be good all year, I will make sure you get something
special for the holidays.”
