PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Feb. 5-11. Total number of all permits issued: 150. Since 2009, $652 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permit application:
• Crown Oak Construction applied for a $2,300 permit for alterations at 26 Office Park Drive.
Commercial permits issued:
• Tumbleson- White Construction was issued a $2,950,000 permit for a site development at Holland Park at 18 Florida Park Drive.
Residential permits issued:
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $314,000 permit for a single-family residence at 20 Farnum Lane.
• Seagate Homes LLC was issued a $306,000 permit for a single-family residence at 68 Edward Drive.
• DR Horton was issued a $236,000 permit for a single-family residence at 22 Auberry Drive.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $21,000 permit for an addition at 68 Sloganeer Trail.
• Millers Screen was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at 33 Rainstone Lane.
• G & T Contractors Services was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 8 Auberry Drive.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 7 Arrowhead Drive.
• KB Home Jax was issued a $5,000 permit for alterations at 101 Vireo Drive.
• East Coast Alum was issued a $4,000 permit for alterations at 80 Welling Lane.
• Custom Home Improvement was issued a $3,000 permit for an addition at 7 River Landing Drive.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $3,000 permit for alterations at 15 Broadmore Circle, Unit 102.
• Millers Screen was issued a $1,000 permit for alterations at 50 Pine Cedar Drive.
Occupancy permits:
• Kurt F. Teifke was issued an occupancy permit for Kurt F. Teifke Law Office at 1 Hargrove Grade Building A, Unit 2E.
• Sharon Feliciano was issued an occupancy permit for Sharon Feliciano at 1 Hargrove Grade Building A, Unit 2E.
• Justin Sims was issued an occupancy permit for Compassionate Adult Family Daycare at 184 Bayside Drive.
• Cathline Reid was issued an occupancy permit for Happy Days Assisted Living/ALF at 23 Pepperdine Drive.
Application submittals:
• JTL Grand Landings Development LLC submitted an application for Grand Landings replat of lots 8-10 at the subdivision final plat.
• HLPC LLC submitted an application for Hidden Lakes Phase 1 Section 2A replat at the subdivision preliminary plat.
• HLPC LLC submitted an application for Hidden Lakes Phase 1 Section 2B replat at the subdivision preliminary plat.
• PV-Palm Coast LLC submitted an application for Shoppes at subdivision master plan.
