Chef leaves Palm Coast
After almost nine years as the Executive Chef at the Hammock Dunes Club, Certified Master Chef Jason Hall will be leaving Palm Coast. He has accepted the executive chef position at Myers Park Country Club in Charlotte, North Carolina and will begin there at the end of the month.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for me personally and professionally,” he said in an email.
Craig-Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens pre-construction Mausoleum of Angels
Craig-Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens announced pre-construction sales for the third phase of its Mausoleum of Angels in January, at 511 Old Kings Rd South, Flagler Beach. This is a five-phase project with the final phase as an indoor mausoleum. The Mausoleum of Angels III will allow for single-casket placements and tandem and two caskets in one space placements. A new feature of this mausoleum will be the engraving of names and dates on the granite doors, as opposed to the current bronze plaques.

FBI Art Crime Founder comes to FCAL
New York Times Best Selling author Robert K. Wittman who wrote about his harrowing international undercover FBI adventures recovering millions of dollars of lost or stolen art, is coming to the Flagler County Art League on April 7, at the Flagler Auditorium at 5500 Hwy 100, Palm Coast.
“He’s a world-famous art detective,” said FCAL President Ann DeLucia. “This is a major event and a first of its kind for Flagler County.”
Wittman is the founder of the FBI's Art Crime Team, and his book, "Priceless," is an adventurous account of how he went undercover to rescue the world's stolen priceless treasures. To accommodate the large anticipated audience, FCAL has rented the Flagler Auditorium. The group is seeking sponsors to help offset the investment. Coldwell Banker Premier Properties seeking sponsors for military retreat
Coldwell Banker Premier Properties and GratitudeAmerica will be hosting their fifth Marineland Military Support Retreat, an integrative intensive retreat for participants affected by the invisible wounds of war, such as Post Traumatic Stress and Traumatic Brain Injury from April 30 to May 3.
