• Adams Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 114 Bud Hollow Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $257,000 permit for a single-family residence at 136 Arena Lake Drive.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $238,000 permit for a single-family residence at 25 Lagare St.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 100 Raemoore Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $231,000 permit for a single-family residence at 65 Ryberry Drive.
