A former Ormond Beach resident was recognized this week.
Shanah Thomas, a former Ormond Beach resident and Seabreeze High School student, recently made the Dean’s List at her university. Thomas attends Northwood University, a private, nonprofit and accredited school that specializes in managerial and entrepreneurial education. Thomas is among the students listed on the Dean’s List for the 2014-2015 Fall Term. In order to achieve Dean’s List status, students must have earned a minimum grade point average of 3.25 for the term.
