Home Design Furniture launches economy mattress division
Home Design Furniture has announced they have launched a new division called ‘Mattresses 2 Go’ in celebration of their two-year anniversary.
Mattresses 2 Go features a 2,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse in Flagler County offering an economy line of mattresses. Home Design Furniture also carries top of the line mattresses.
Home Design Furniture is owned by the Nikzad family. They have two locations: 85 Cypress Point Parkway in Palm Coast and 595 S. Young Street in Ormond Beach.

Engineering firm promotes three
Zev Cohen & Associates, Inc., 300 Interchange Boulevard, Suite C, has announced three promotions.
Robert J. (Bobby) Ball, P.E. was promoted to vice president. Ball joined ZCA in 1998 as an engineering intern. He was a named Young Business Leader by the Volusia/Flagler Business Report in 2009.
The company also announced the promotion of Samuel C. Hamilton, Jr., P.E., to senior vice president. Hamilton has been a principal in the firm since joining in 1999. He serves on several advisory boards and resides in Ormond Beach.
Randy M. Hudak, P.E., has been promoted to director of engineering. Hudak joined ZCA in 2001 as an engineering intern and was promoted to manager of engineering in 2007.
Realty offices announce hires
Bill Mayo has joined Hart Pro Realty, 18 Bovard Ave., as a sales associate, recently relocating from Oklahoma. He worked in manufacturing for 31 years.
Rick Adams has joined Palm West Home Realty Inc. and will be working out of their Ormond Beach office in the Halifax Plantation shopping Center. Originally from Dallas, Adams previously was associated with GE Capital.
Home services company opens
Spring Hills Senior Communities has announced that it has expanded to Volusia County. The company has home care services and assisted living facilities throughout Florida.
The Spring Hills Home Care Services office is located at 1452 N. U.S. 1. Call 868-4228 or visit springhillsHCS.com. The company received a deficiency free status from the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration on June 1, according to a press release.
