Next for Palm Coast Arts Foundation: a Town Center stage

Among four development orders issued by the city of Palm Coast last week was one for the Palm Coast Arts Foundation. PCAF was issued a development order for a 7,420-square-foot stage/pavilion to be constructed on a portion of Lot 19 in the Town Center. The stage is another phase in the foundation's efforts to construct a state-of-the-art Center for the Arts.

The other development orders are as follows:

Daily’s Convenience Store was issued a development order for a 200-square-foot building addition at the northeast corner of Palm Coast Parkway and Boulder Rock Drive.

Palm Coast Superwash was granted a Special Exception by the PLDRB for an automated carwash facility at 110 Cypress Point Parkway.

A development order was issued for the construction plans for Grand Landings Phase IA, which is proposed for 11 single-family residential lots located on Spoonbill Drive.

BUSINESS TAX RECEIPTS

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts July 13-17.

Pamela E. Derr LMHC is an unclassified personal service at 389 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: Pristine Poole Service, pool cleaning service; Coastal Home Inspection, home inspector; Bill Coelho, handyman service; Stephen Baker, handyman service; Sunny Skies Mediation Service LLC, unclassified personal service; DaVaughn Brown, unclassified personal service; Mr. Money and Associates Inc., janitorial service.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for July 9-15. Total number of all permits issued: 147. Since 2009, $738 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications
PBM Construction applied for a $1,047,500 application for a Master Pump Station for the City of Palm Coast at 3795 Old Kings Road S.

Commercial permits issued
Hembree Construction was issued a $470,000 permit for an interior build out for Florida Hospital Centra-Care at 1270 Palm Coast Parkway NW.

Residential permits issued
Skyway Builders was issued a $454,000 permit for a single-family residence at 177 Willow Oak Way.
D.R. Horton was issued a $345,000 permit for a single-family residence at 74 Auberry Drive.
D.R. Horton was issued a $217,000 permit for a single-family residence at 46 Auberry Drive.
Seagate Homes was issued a $174,000 permit for a single-family residence at 29 Selma Trail.
Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $21,500 permit for an addition at 22 Angela Drive.
Aluminum Creations was issued n $11,000 permit for an addition at 52 Langdon Drive.
Aluminum Creations was issued a $6,500 permit for an addition at 125 Laramie Drive.
Andrew Miklos was issued a $2,000 permit for an alteration at 31 Burning Ember Lane.
Vincent Downing was issued a $1,000 permit for an addition at 30 Point of Woods Drive.
Clint Weathers was issued a $500 permit for an alteration at 8 Largo Place.
