Flagler Relay for Life wraps up

Flagler County Relay for Life wrapped up its year raising a total of $44,626.42.

The top five teams were Michelle's Angels, $7,711; Legend and the King, $4,110; Cut up and Sew, $3,429.86; Phun Coast Parrotheads, $3,155; and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton $3,056.75. Top five individuals were Karen Karas, $7,411; Bob Franks, $4,010; Mary Jane Grahmn, $2,195; Chuck Johnson, $2,006 and Tammy Gynizio, $1,836. Contest winners are as follows: Best Community Supporter: Rymfire Elementary School; Best Costume: 1^3 (’80s); Best Decade Campsite: ’50s, Cut Up and Sew, ’60s, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, ’70s, Florida Hospital Flagler, ’80s, i^3, and now, Phun Coast Parrot Heads; Most Team Spirit: Rymfire Elementary School; Rookie Team of the Year: Cut up and Sew; and Best Food: Florida Hospital Flagler.

The 2016 Flagler County Relay for Life will be April 8.
