PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts March 23-27:
• Home-based businesses: Pop-A-Lock of Palm Coast, locksmith; Ray Tipton LLC, handyman service; Ray Tipton LLC, Carpentry N/Reg; Kari Dixon, administrative support service; Pool Boys Partnership, unclassified personal service.
PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for March 19-25. Total number of all permits issued: 218. Since 2009, $677 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permit application:
• Kirby Bros Construction applied for a $186,961 application for a 576 square feet addition for Little Caesars at 890 Palm Coast Parkway SW (Kangaroo Convenience Store).
Commercial permit issued:
• Perillo and Associates was issued a $25,000 permit for interior innovations at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway.
• DNR Constructors Inc. was issued a $42,000 permit for Palm Coast Pizza interior innovations at 1755 Palm Harbor Way.
Residential permits issued:
• Saltwater Homes issued a $371,000 permit for a single-family residence at 305 Hibiscus Way.
• Applied Building Development was issued $357,000 permit for a single-family residence at 25 New Leatherwood Drive.
• DR Horton Inc. was issued a $263,000 permit for a single-family residence at 61 Auberry Drive.
• Mastercraft Builder Group was issued a $50,000 permit for an addition at 12 Sea Serpent Trail E.
• A to Z Custom Homes Inc. was issued a $32,000 permit for an addition at 88 Beaverdam Lane.
• ML Gentile was issued a $28,000 permit for an addition at 2 Midden Lane.
• Dulando Screen and Awning was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 97 Karas Trail.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 107 Hidden Lakes Drive
• A Certified Screen was issued a $4,000 permit for an addition at 90 Arena Lake Drive.
Occupancy permit
• Gerardo Dimare III was issued an occupancy permit for Houdini Logistics, LLC at 50 Leanni Way, Unit B6.
• Jared Tritter was issued an occupancy permit for Ritter Clinics LLC at 389 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Suite 4.
• Jephrey Roberts was issued an occupancy permit for Orro Arms LLC at 5 Seward Trail W.
Certificate of occupancy:
• Heritage Construction was issued a $17,000 certificate of occupancy for The Ya Ya Salon at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, C106.
