An Ormond Beach woman and two children were treated for minor injuries at Halifax Medical Center after an accident March 30 on U.S. 92.
According to the Highway Patrol, Leslie Harris, 27, was driving westbound when she attempted to change lanes and lost control. The 2002 Saturn ran off the shoulder and struck a tree.
The driver and the two passengers, Kaiganna Sherman,4, and Olivia Harris, 7,were ejected from the car. None of them were wearing safety belts, according to the report. The crash remains under investigation.
