UPDATE: John Raymond Lugo has been found safe at a relative's home in Jacksonville, according to a Sheriff's Office news release.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Deputies are trying to find John Raymond Lugo, Jr., a 31-year-old resident of Palm Coast's 11 Wellham Lane who was last seen at home on Thursday, May 7 by his wife.
Lugo left home at about 7 p.m., telling his wife Jeanette he was going to get dinner. But he never returned, Jeanette Lugo told deputies May 11.
John Lugo has left home before, a Sheriff's Office investigation revealed, but not for an extended period of time. He didn't taken a suitcase or any extra clothes with him, and didn't answer texts or calls, Jeanette Lugo told a deputy. She said she stayed in touch with her husband's family, and none of his relatives had seen or heard from him in several days either.
An FDLE Missing Endangered Person Report Form — issued for adults if law enforcement officers believe they may be in danger because of a medical condition, or may have been the victim of criminal activity — has been completed on Lugo, according to Sheriff's Office reports.
John Raymond Lugo is a white male, 5’10” tall and 200 pounds, and was last seen wearing a striped polo shirt and blue jeans. He may have driven to Jacksonville, Florida in a blue 2002 Dodge Durango bearing Florida tag DQSZ67, according to a Sheriff's Office news release.
The rear window of the Durango has a decal of the character Olaf from the Disney movie “Frozen,” and the quote, “Do you want to build a snowman?” The Durango might also be towing a trailer full of lawn equipment.
The Sheriff's Office has asked anyone with information on Lugo's whereabouts to call the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office at 386-313-4911 in reference to case number 2015-48933.
